About

The 82.5mm Thermal Liner XT/TL-MF delivers comprehensive thermal insulation and drylining performance in a single application, making it the ideal choice for new construction and refurbishment schemes. This product enhances your home's energy efficiency whilst reducing heating costs and creating more comfortable living spaces.

The insulation board is chemically stable and manufactured with a blowing agent featuring zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and minimal Global Warming Potential (GWP).

Upgrading your home's thermal performance delivers substantial advantages, including lower energy bills and enhanced comfort levels. The Unilin XT/TL-MF Thermal Liner represents an effective investment in energy efficiency and sustainable building practice.

The PIR board provides fire resistance through continuous adhesive ribbons, particularly around vulnerable areas such as window and door openings.

What are Insulated Plasterboards?

The 82.5mm XT/TL-MF insulated plasterboards (70mm insulation + 12.5mm plasterboard) combine plasterboard with an integrated insulation layer, typically PIR-based. The insulation is bonded to the plasterboard to form a single, multi-purpose panel offering both thermal performance and a finished surface. These panels improve thermal and sound insulation whilst streamlining installation. Commonly used in walls, ceilings, and floors, they are available in various sizes and thicknesses to meet specific building needs.
