The 27.5mm XT/TL-MF Thin-R Thermal Liner (Mechanically Fixed) combines a Unilin 15mm PIR insulation layer with a composite foil facing, bonded to 12.5mm tapered edge plasterboard. This composite panel delivers both insulation and drylining in one product, ideal for internal walls, sloped roofs, and ceilings where mechanical fixing is required.

The 27.5mm Insulated Plasterboard features composite foil facing on both sides with an integral vapour control layer built in. This helps minimise condensation risk. The mechanically fixed XT/TL Thermal Liner delivers substantial thermal insulation and drylining performance in a single application, making it an excellent choice for new builds and renovation work.
