The 37.5mm XT/TL-MF Thin-R Thermal Liner (Mechanically Fixed) features a Unilin 25mm PIR insulation layer bonded to 12.5mm tapered edge plasterboard with composite foil facing on both sides. This insulated composite panel delivers thermal performance and drylining capabilities for internal walls, sloped roofs, and ceilings in mechanically fixed applications only.

The composite foil facing incorporates an integral vapour control layer that minimises condensation risk. The XT/TL Thermal Liner combines high-performance thermal insulation with drylining in a single operation, making it an ideal choice for new builds and refurbishment work.
