This 60mm PIR board is engineered for pitched roof applications (ventilated, hybrid, or warm roof systems), providing outstanding thermal efficiency without consuming excessive internal space. Roof structures represent a significant thermal weak point in building envelopes, and this product substantially minimises heat escape whilst delivering superior thermal bridging performance. Suitable for pitched roof insulation, wall and floor applications, the board combines a slim profile with lightweight handling and straightforward installation. The product features fire resistance, water repellency, and minimal environmental footprint.

Warm roof insulation systems represent an excellent approach for insulating complex roof designs. Positioning insulation above or between roof timbers maintains the structural envelope at internal conditions, significantly reducing thermal stress and condensation formation.

Store 60mm PIR insulation on a clean, flat, protected surface away from ground contact. Polythene wrapping alone does not provide sufficient outdoor protection. Protect boards during storage and construction phases. Insulation boards cut easily with a sharp knife or fine-toothed saw.
