165mm Unilin PIR boards are engineered for pitched roof insulation on sloped surfaces, whether ventilated, hybrid, or warm roof systems. Warm roof insulation construction offers an effective solution for complex roof designs. Positioning insulation above or between roof timbers maintains structural temperature close to internal conditions, reducing thermal stress and condensation issues.

Store 165mm PIR insulation on a clean, flat, covered surface away from ground contact. Polythene wrapping alone does not provide adequate outdoor protection. Handle carefully during storage and installation. Insulation boards cut easily with a sharp knife or fine-toothed saw.
