Warm roof construction provides an exceptionally effective insulation strategy for complex roof designs. By positioning insulation above—or above and between—roof timbers, the structural fabric remains at internal environmental conditions, substantially reducing thermal stress and condensation risk.

Store 110mm PIR insulation on a clean, flat, elevated surface under cover. Polythene wrapping alone does not provide adequate outdoor protection. Exercise care during storage and on-site handling to preserve product integrity. The boards can be easily cut with a sharp knife or fine-toothed saw.
