This 90mm Unilin PIR board excels in pitched roof applications (ventilated, hybrid, or warm roof systems), minimising thermal loss whilst preserving interior space. Roof insulation is critical to building performance and a major source of heat escape. Using this product significantly reduces thermal loss and delivers superior thermal bridging performance. Suitable for pitched roof insulation, walls, and floors, the board combines thin profile with lightweight construction for straightforward installation. It offers fire resistance, water repellence, and minimal environmental impact.

Warm roof insulation construction provides an effective solution for complex roof designs. Positioning insulation above or between roof timbers maintains the structure at internal environmental conditions, reducing thermal stress and condensation problems.

Store 90mm PIR insulation on a clean, flat surface away from the ground and protected from weather. Polythene wrapping alone is insufficient for outdoor storage. Protect the product during storage and construction. Insulation boards cut easily with a sharp knife or fine-toothed saw.
