Warm roof insulation construction represents an effective insulation strategy for complex roof designs. By positioning insulation above or between roof timbers, the structural elements maintain internal environmental conditions, minimising thermal stress and condensation issues.

Store the 65mm PIR insulation on a clean, level surface away from ground contact, ensuring cover protection at all times. Polythene wrapping alone does not provide adequate outdoor protection. Protect the boards carefully during storage and construction phases. The insulation boards cut easily with a sharp knife or fine-toothed saw.
