Warm roof insulation construction offers an effective solution for complex roof designs. Positioning insulation above or between roof timbers keeps the structural frame at internal temperature conditions, minimising thermal stress and condensation formation.

Store 75mm PIR insulation on a clean, flat, covered surface away from ground contact. Polythene wrapping alone does not provide sufficient outdoor protection. Protect boards during storage and construction phases. Insulation boards cut easily with a sharp knife or fine-toothed saw.
