100mm Unilin PIR delivers outstanding thermal performance on sloped roofs in ventilated, hybrid, or warm roof configurations, maximising insulation value without compromising internal space. Roof construction represents a major thermal weak point in buildings, and this board significantly minimises heat escape whilst providing excellent thermal bridging solutions. Suitable for pitched roof insulation, wall systems, and floor applications, the board combines lightweight construction with straightforward installation. The product offers fire resistance, water repellency, and minimal environmental impact.

Warm roof insulation construction provides an effective solution for complex roof designs. Positioning insulation above or between roof timbers maintains structural temperature stability, reducing thermal stress and condensation issues.

The 100mm PIR insulation requires storage on a clean, flat surface away from ground contact and must remain covered during storage. Polythene wrapping alone is insufficient for outdoor protection. Protect boards carefully during storage and construction phases. The insulation boards cut easily with a sharp knife or fine-toothed saw.
