The 150mm Unilin FR/ALU Flat Roof Insulation Board is engineered from rigid polyisocyanurate PIR insulation board with composite gas-tight foil facings on both sides.

Ideal for thermal insulation and creating roof slopes on restricted-access concrete, timber, or metal flat roof decks in new and refurbished buildings, this 150mm board delivers dual functionality.

When paired with a vapor control layer and mechanically fixed single-ply roof waterproofing membrane, the 150mm Unilin FR/ALU Insulation Board achieves optimal performance.

Installation requires laying the boards over the vapor control layer in a break-bonded pattern for comprehensive coverage.

For stability and durability, 150mm Unilin FR/ALU flat roof insulation boards must be secured using approved mechanical fixings.

Roof Design

Follow the guidance in BS 4841: Part 3 and recommendations from the Single Ply Roofing Association.

Falls
