Engineered for thermal insulation and slope creation on limited-access concrete, timber, or metal flat roof decks in both new construction and renovation projects, this 80mm board delivers dual functionality.

When paired with a vapor control layer and a mechanically fixed single-ply roof waterproofing membrane, the 80mm Unilin FR/ALU Insulation Board achieves optimal performance.

Installation requires laying boards over the vapor control layer in a break-bonded pattern for comprehensive coverage.

For reliable installation, 80mm Unilin flat roof insulation boards must be secured using approved mechanical fixings.

Roof Design
