The 140mm Unilin FR/ALU Flat Roof Insulation Board features rigid polyisocyanurate construction with PIR insulation technology and gas-tight foil facings on both sides.

Engineered for thermal insulation and slope creation on restricted-access concrete, timber, or metal flat roof decks in new and refurbished properties, this board delivers dual functionality.

When paired with a vapour control layer and a mechanically fixed single-ply roof waterproofing membrane, the 140mm Unilin FR/ALU board achieves optimal performance.

Installation involves laying boards over the vapour control layer in a staggered pattern for complete coverage. Secure the 140mm Unilin flat roof insulation boards using approved mechanical fixings.

Roof Design
