The 110mm Unilin FR/ALU Flat Roof Insulation Board is engineered from rigid polyisocyanurate PIR insulation board with composite gas-tight foil facings on both sides.

Perfect for thermal insulation and slope creation on limited-access concrete, timber, or metal flat roof decks across new construction and renovation projects, the 110mm FR/ALU Board performs dual functions.

When paired with a vapor control layer and mechanically fixed single-ply roof waterproofing membrane, 110mm Unilin FR/ALU Insulation Board achieves optimal performance.

Installation requires laying boards over the vapor control layer in a staggered, break-bonded arrangement for comprehensive coverage.

For reliable installation, 110mm Unilin FR/ALU flat roof insulation boards must be secured using approved mechanical fastening systems.

Roof Design
