This 25mm Unilin FR/ALU Thin-R Flat Roof Insulation Board comprises rigid polyisocyanurate PIR insulation board with gas-tight foil facings on both surfaces.

Engineered for thermal insulation and slope creation on limited-access concrete, timber, or metal flat roof decks in both renovation and new-build projects, the 25mm FR/ALU board serves multiple functions.

When paired with a vapour control layer and a mechanically fixed single-ply roof waterproofing membrane, the 25mm Unilin FR/ALU achieves optimal performance.

Installation involves positioning boards over the vapour control layer in a staggered break-bonded arrangement for complete coverage.

For stability and durability, 25mm Unilin Thin-R flat roof insulation boards must be secured using approved mechanical fixings.

Roof Design
