Engineered for thermal insulation and slope creation on restricted-access concrete, timber, or metal flat roof decks in both new and refurbished properties, this board serves dual functionality.

When paired with a vapor control layer and a mechanically fixed single-ply roof waterproofing membrane, the 100mm Unilin FR/ALU achieves optimal performance.

Installation involves laying boards over the vapor control layer in a break-bonded pattern to ensure complete coverage.

For reliable installation, 100mm Unilin flat roof insulation boards must be secured using approved mechanical fixings.

Roof Design

Follow the recommendations outlined in BS 4841: Part 3 and those published by the Single Ply Roofing Association.

Falls

Flat roof falls should be consistent and sufficiently steep to prevent water pooling.

Fire Performance
