The 30mm Unilin FR/ALU Flat Roof Insulation Board is manufactured from rigid polyisocyanurate PIR insulation with gas-tight foil facings on both sides.

This product delivers thermal insulation and slope enhancement for restricted-access concrete, timber, or metal flat roof decks in new construction and renovation projects alike.

When paired with a vapour control layer and a mechanically fixed single-ply roof waterproofing membrane, the 30mm Unilin FR/ALU board delivers optimal performance.

Installation requires laying the boards over the vapour control layer in a break-bonded pattern for complete coverage.

Secure the 30mm Unilin FR/ALU flat roof insulation boards using approved mechanical fixings to ensure proper placement.

Roof Design
