90mm Unilin FR/MG Flat Roof Insulation Board is a high-performance Polyisocyanurate product featuring mineral-coated glass facers, engineered for use beneath single-ply waterproofing systems and partially bonded built-up felt installations.
These 90mm FR/MG roof insulation boards must be installed using approved mechanical fixings or adequate adhesive bonding. Assessment of vapour control layer requirements should follow National Regulations guidance.

Flat roofs must incorporate adequate fall gradients to prevent water pooling and ensure proper drainage.
Fire rating for 90mm Unilin FR-MG, when tested to EN 13501-5 and BS 476 Part 3 'External Fire Exposure Roof Test', depends on the specified waterproofing system.
A continuous, approved vapour control layer must be installed below the insulation (except over sealed metal deck systems). For mechanically fixed boards, use minimum 1000 gauge polythene with lapped and sealed double-sided tape joints below the Roof insulation. At vertical upstands and penetrations, turn up and seal the VCL to fully encapsulate the insulation before completing the roof finish.
