Unilin Thin-R TR/BGM 90-110mm Tapered Roof Board

90-110mm Unilin Thin-R TR/BGM Tapered Flat Roof Insulation Board is a high-performance polyisocyanurate tapered roof insulation solution with polypropylene fleece finished bitumen/glass fibre on one face and mineral glass facing on the reverse (non-reversible). The Unilin TR-BGM variant delivers optimal performance with most bitumen-based partially bonded built-up roofing systems.

Vapour control layer

A vapour control layer, lapped and sealed, should be installed beneath the insulation board. When applying fully adhered systems, board joints must be taped according to the adhesive system specifications.

Bonded boards

The insulation boards are set within a bitumen layer on 3G type felt compliant with BS EN 13707: 2013 (Flexible sheets for waterproofing. Reinforced bitumen sheets for roof waterproofing) and adhered to the substrate. Unilin recommends all systems incorporate mechanical fixings or be secured using suitable adhesive products.
