The 89.5mm Thin-R Thermal Liner XT/TL Insulated Plasterboard (Dot & Dab) combines an 80mm PIR insulation core with composite kraft facings and 9.5mm tapered edge plasterboard. A proprietary adhesive bonding system secures the layers together for a unified composite panel.

Engineered for internal wall applications, this product features an integral vapour control layer within its composite kraft facing to minimise condensation risk. It delivers substantial thermal performance alongside drylining in a single installation, making it an excellent choice for new builds and refurbishment work.
