84.5mm Thin-R Thermal Liner XT/TL Insulated Plasterboard (Dot & Dab) combines a Unilin 75mm PIR insulation core with composite kraft facings on both sides. The facings bond to 9.5mm tapered edge plasterboard using a proprietary adhesive system.

Engineered for internal wall applications, this product features an integral vapour control layer built into the composite kraft facing to minimise condensation risk. It delivers comprehensive thermal insulation and drylining in a single installation step, making it ideal for new builds and renovation work.
