64.5mm Thin-R Thermal Liner XT/TL Insulated Plasterboard combines a Unilin 55mm PIR insulation core with composite kraft facings and 9.5mm tapered edge plasterboard. The layers are bonded together using a proprietary adhesive system to create a unified thermal panel.

This 64.5mm composite board delivers high-performance thermal insulation alongside drylining capabilities in a single installation step. The integral vapour control layer built into the kraft facings on both sides helps manage moisture and prevent condensation. Ideal for internal wall applications in new builds and renovation work.
