69.5mm Thin-R Thermal Liner XT/TL Insulated Plasterboard combines a Unilin 60mm PIR insulation core with two composite kraft facings. These facings bond securely to 9.5mm tapered edge plasterboard using a proprietary adhesive system.

Engineered for internal wall applications, this product features an integral vapour control layer built into the composite kraft facing on both sides, helping to minimise condensation risk. The Thin-R Thermal Liner delivers substantial thermal insulation alongside drylining in a single installation, making it an excellent choice for new builds and refurbishment work.
