77.5mm Thin-R Thermal Liner XT/TL Insulated Plasterboard combines a Unilin 65mm PIR insulation core with two composite kraft facings bonded to 12.5mm tapered edge plasterboard using a proprietary adhesive system. This composite panel delivers both thermal performance and drylining in a single application.

Engineered for internal wall installations, the kraft facings incorporate an integral vapour control layer that minimises condensation risk. The Thin-R Thermal Liner offers substantial thermal insulation alongside drylining capabilities, making it an excellent choice for new builds and refurbishment work.
