42.5mm Mannok Therm Laminate-Kraft / MLK PIR combines 30mm insulation board with 12.5mm plasterboard in a single composite product, featuring a kraft paper facing and fibre-free construction. This dual-layer design delivers both thermal performance and internal finishing capability.

Ideal for installation beneath roof rafters, this board minimises heat loss and eliminates thermal bridging. The kraft paper surface supports dry-lining applications using dot-and-dab adhesive or mechanical fixings, streamlining installation and reducing on-site labour.

Previously marketed as 42.5mm Quinn Therm QL-Kraft, this PIR insulation solution delivers high-performance thermal properties with integrated plasterboard finishing.

Composition

Mannok Therm Laminate-Kraft comprises a 30mm PIR foam core bonded to 12.5mm or 9.5mm* plasterboard with composite kraft paper facings. The gas-filled foam cells provide excellent thermal performance and structural strength, whilst the kraft surface enables direct board bonding to walls.

Certified to ISO 14001 - Environmental Management Systems, this product has zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) and Global Warming Potential (GWP) below 5. It achieves an A+ rating under BRE's Green Guide assessment.
