72.5mm Mannok Therm Laminate-Kraft / MLK PIR combines a 60mm insulation board with 12.5mm plasterboard in a single composite product, delivering fibre-free thermal performance. The kraft paper facing on one surface and plasterboard on the other creates a versatile solution for multiple building applications.
This product excels when installed beneath roof rafters, effectively reducing heat loss through the roof and eliminating thermal bridging. The paper facer makes it particularly suited to dry-lining work, where it can be secured using dot-and-dab adhesive or mechanical fixings. Previously marketed as 72.5mm Quinn Therm insulated plasterboard QL-Kraft, this product delivers high-performance thermal insulation with proven reliability.

This 72.5mm Mannok Insulated Plasterboard QL-Kraft represents an excellent choice for new builds and renovation work, particularly where internal dry lining or rafter-level insulation is required. Its low thermal conductivity minimises the board thickness needed to meet target U-values, delivering cost-effective thermal performance. The product streamlines construction by combining thermal insulation and finishing in one step, reducing both labour time and overall project costs.
Quinn Therm QL-Kraft features a 60mm PIR foam core bonded to either 12.5mm or 9.5mm* plasterboard, with composite kraft paper facings. The gas-filled cellular structure of the foam core delivers both thermal performance and structural strength, whilst the kraft facing enables direct board-to-wall bonding.
Certified to ISO 14001 - Environmental Management Systems, Quinn Therm boasts an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of zero and a Global Warming Potential (GWP) of less than 5. QL-Kraft, in particular, has earned an A+ rating when evaluated against BRE's Green Guide.
