Integral Vapor Control Layer

The composite glass tissue facing acts as a gas and vapor barrier, minimising condensation risks. When SR/TB joints are properly sealed and taped following drylining standards, you achieve a complete vapor control system.

Fire Stops

When drylining walls, fire stops must be installed at the top and bottom of each board, plus around all openings including doors and windows. These consist of continuous adhesive lines that prevent fire spread behind the insulation and reduce thermal bridging for improved wall U-Values.

Handling, Cutting, and Storage

This insulation board requires storage on a clean, level surface above ground and must be protected from weather exposure. Polythene wrapping alone provides insufficient outdoor protection. Handle carefully throughout storage and construction, and always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
