The Metal Hammer Fixing delivers dependable performance for anchoring insulation boards across multiple substrate types. Featuring an 8mm diameter with strategically positioned anchoring zones (ABCD: 25mm, E: 45mm), this fixing combines strength with efficient installation.
Intended Uses
These metal hammer fixings are engineered to secure insulation boards to substrates A, B, C, D, and E. The plastic-coated metal pin minimises thermal bridging while maintaining structural integrity.
Ideal for concrete, brick, and blockwork applications, they work seamlessly with EPS, XPS, and Mineral Wool insulation boards. For substrate compatibility confirmation, a pull test is advisable to verify adequate load capacity for your EWI system.
