Intended Uses

These metal hammer fixings are engineered to attach insulation boards to substrates A, B, C, D, and E. Each fixing comprises a metal pin wrapped in plastic coating, which minimises thermal bridging in external wall insulation systems.

Ideal for use with concrete, brick, and block substrates, they work seamlessly with EPS, XPS, and Mineral Wool insulation boards. For uncertain substrate conditions, conducting a pull test beforehand will verify adequate load capacity for your EWI system.

Application Instructions

• Install a thermo dowel cap for enhanced weather protection.
• Check alignment and seal appropriately for best results.
