The Metal Hammer Fixing is a dependable and flexible fastening system for attaching insulation boards to multiple substrate types. Featuring an 8mm diameter with carefully engineered anchoring zones (ABCD: 25mm, E: 45mm), it delivers excellent holding power and accelerates installation times.
Intended Uses
These metal hammer fixings are engineered to attach insulation boards to substrates A, B, C, D, and E. The plastic-coated metal pin construction minimises thermal bridging effectively.
Ideal for concrete, brick, and blockwork applications, they work seamlessly with EPS, XPS, and Mineral Wool insulation boards. For uncertain substrate conditions, conducting a pull test verifies adequate load capacity for your EWI system.
