The 75mm Claymaster Jablite Clay Heave Protection Board is a lightweight, compressible expanded polystyrene solution engineered to protect building foundations from clay heave, soil shrinkage, and ground movement. This moisture-resistant EPS void-fill material creates an effective protective layer beneath structures.

The 75mm Jablite Claymaster works by wrapping pile caps with a cushioning layer of pink EPS insulation, reducing stress on ground beams as surrounding clay naturally expands and contracts with moisture changes.

This lightweight, straightforward-to-install board measures 2400mm x 1200mm and provides robust defence against clay heave and foundation damage caused by soil movement. Its durable construction ensures long-term performance in demanding ground conditions.

Shrinkable clays contain high concentrations of mineral particles smaller than 0.002mm, creating dense soil when wet but becoming cracked and brittle when dry. This expansion and contraction cycle—known as clay heave—can seriously threaten foundation integrity.
