The 150mm Claymaster Jablite Clay Heave Protection Board is a lightweight, compressible expanded polystyrene solution engineered to protect building foundations from clay heave, soil movement, and shrinkage-related damage. This moisture-resistant EPS void-fill material creates an effective pressure-relieving barrier.

The 150mm Claymaster works by wrapping the pile cap in a pink EPS layer, reducing stress on ground beams as surrounding clay expands and contracts seasonally.

This board offers straightforward installation, minimal weight, and exceptional durability across a 2400mm x 1200mm footprint. It provides reliable defence against clay heave and the foundation problems that moisture-driven soil movement can trigger.

Shrinkable clays contain high concentrations of fine mineral particles (under 0.002mm) that bind when wet but crack and crumble when dry. This expansion and contraction cycle, termed 'clay heave,' can seriously compromise building foundations.
