The Jablite Claymaster 300mm Clay Heave Protection Board is a lightweight, compressible expanded polystyrene void-fill material engineered to protect building foundations from clay heave, soil shrinkage, and ground movement. This moisture-resistant EPS insulation board wraps around pile caps to reduce pressure on ground beams as surrounding clay expands and contracts with moisture changes.

Measuring 2400mm x 1200mm, this 300mm thick board delivers a durable, easy-to-install protective layer against foundation damage. Soils with high clay content shrink when dry and swell when wet—a process called clay heave—which can cause serious structural problems. This EPS insulation solution is available in 50mm, 75mm, and 100mm thicknesses, with 150mm, 200mm, and 300mm options made to order to suit your specific beam dimensions.
