The 200mm Claymaster Jablite Clay Heave Protection Board is a compressible, lightweight expanded polystyrene void-fill solution engineered to protect building foundations from clay heave, soil movement, and shrinkage-related damage. This moisture-resistant EPS material creates an effective pressure-relieving barrier beneath ground structures.

When installed around pile caps, 200mm Jablite Claymaster wraps the foundation in a protective pink EPS layer, reducing ground beam pressure as surrounding clay expands and contracts seasonally.

This 2400mm x 1200mm board combines lightweight construction with straightforward installation and exceptional durability, providing reliable defence against clay heave and moisture-induced foundation problems.

Shrinkable clays contain high proportions of fine mineral particles (under 0.002mm diameter), creating a cohesive soil when wet but a cracked, brittle structure when dry. The resulting expansion and contraction—termed 'clay heave'—can cause serious foundation damage over time.

200mm Claymaster EPS insulation is stocked in 50mm, 75mm, and 100mm thicknesses, with 150mm, 200mm and 300mm available to order, covering the most common on-site requirements.
