2. The 60mm SR/ST features a foil facer that can be sealed securely with specialist foil tape (contact the Unilin Technical team for detailed installation advice).
3. When used for soffit applications in new builds or refurbishment projects, the 60mm Safe-R Soffit delivers outstanding U-Values with minimal insulation thickness. It achieves an exceptionally low thermal conductivity of 0.020 W/mK and carries a Euroclass C fire rating.

Handling, Cutting, and Storage:

1. Unilin Soffit insulation should be kept on a clean, flat surface elevated from the ground and protected with a suitable covering.
2. Polythene wrapping alone does not provide adequate protection from weather exposure.
