EWI Pro – Metal Screw Fixings are engineered to secure insulation boards to substrates ABCDE. The plastic-coated metal pin design effectively suppresses thermal bridging concerns.

Compatible with concrete, brick, and blockwork substrates, these fixings work well across applications. Where substrate compatibility is uncertain, conducting a pull test will verify the system's capacity to support an EWI installation. The fixings suit EPS, XPS, and Mineral Wool insulation boards equally well.

Application Instructions

• Drill a hole perpendicular to the substrate and remove any debris.
• Create a countersink recess using a router or cutter.

• Insert a thermo dowel cap for added insulation.
