37.5mm Speedline PIR Thermal Laminate

37.5mm Speedline insulated plasterboards deliver enhanced thermal performance for residential and commercial properties. Engineered with a fibre-free rigid polyisocyanurate (25mm PIR) core bonded to 12.5mm plasterboard at manufacture, this dual-function system combines insulation and internal finishing in one product, reducing labour time and installation complexity.

These boards demonstrate strong environmental credentials, featuring Zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and Zero Global Warming Potential (GWP). They contain no CFC or HCFC, making them an ecologically responsible choice for sustainable construction projects.

The lightweight composition of these 37.5mm insulation boards facilitates straightforward handling, cutting, and installation. A fine-toothed saw is recommended for cutting the insulated plasterboards. Using a timber batten or straightedge as a guide ensures accurate cuts whilst maintaining board stability during the cutting process.
