62.5mm Speedline PIR Thermal Laminate Board

62.5mm Speedline insulated plasterboards deliver superior thermal performance for residential and commercial properties. Engineered with a fibre-free rigid polyisocyanurate (50mm PIR) core bonded to 12.5mm plasterboard at manufacture, this dual-function system combines insulation and internal finish in one product, reducing labour time and installation complexity.

These boards demonstrate environmental responsibility through Zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and Zero Global Warming Potential (GWP), with no CFC or HCFC content, minimising ecological impact.

The 62.5mm insulation boards are lightweight and straightforward to cut and position on site. A fine-toothed saw is recommended for cutting the insulated plasterboards. Using a timber batten or straightedge as a guide ensures accurate cuts whilst keeping the board stable during the process.
