Designed for installation over concrete slabs and precast concrete floors, these 50mm x 2400mm x 1200mm sheets provide the thermal resistance needed to meet Building Regulations U-value standards when topped with chipboard. The boards are naturally moisture-resistant, rot-proof, and resistant to bacteria, mould, and fungi, whilst remaining non-toxic, non-irritant, and odourless for safe handling and compatibility with most building materials.

Kay-Metzeler Kay-Cel Polystyrene comes in multiple grades ranging from EPS 70 and EPS 100 through to EPS 500, plus Kay-Cel Super-Plus options for enhanced performance.

Characteristics
