The EPS 70 boards measure 2400mm x 1200mm x 40mm and feature exceptional moisture resistance, rot-proofing, and protection against bacteria, mould, and fungal growth. Non-toxic, non-irritant, and completely odourless, they integrate seamlessly with virtually all standard building materials.

Characteristics

• Expanded polystyrene (EPS) resists moisture effectively and works well alongside most building materials, except those containing solvents.
• 40mm EPS withstands rot, bacteria, mould, and fungal attack, whilst remaining non-toxic, non-irritating, and odourless.
• 40mm EPS contains no CFCs or HCFCs; however, it is combustible when tested to BS476: Part 4 and will ignite if exposed to flame.
