70mm Unilin XtroDeck XO/XD features embossed aluminium facings on both sides. This product forms a key part of Unilin's range of high-performance flat roof insulation boards, delivering comprehensive solutions for flat roof applications.

The 70mm Unilin XtroDeck XO/XD board incorporates a modified polyisocyanurate (PIR Insulation) core bonded to low-emissivity embossed aluminium foil facings. This combination delivers superior insulation performance and excellent thermal efficiency. The 70mm Unilin XtroDeck XO/XD insulation board works effectively with bituminous-based roofing systems incorporating self-adhered underlays and heat-activated cap sheets. The product is CFC and HCFC-free and manufactured to ISO 9001 and 14001 Quality and Environmental Management System standards.

Roof Loading

70mm XtroDeck is designed for roof decks subject to light maintenance foot traffic only. Permanent walkways should be installed where regular pedestrian access is required. Once the roof installation is complete, protective boarding must be fitted if further site work will take place.

Roof Finish
