120mm Unilin XtroDeck XO/XD features embossed aluminium facings on both sides. This product forms a key part of Unilin's comprehensive range of high-performance flat roof insulation boards, delivering complete solutions for numerous flat roof applications.

The 120mm Unilin XtroDeck XO/XD board incorporates a core of modified polyisocyanurate (PIR Insulation) bonded to low-emissivity embossed aluminium foil facings. This combination delivers outstanding insulation performance and excellent thermal conductivity. The 120mm Unilin XtroDeck XO/XD insulation board works effectively with bituminous roofing systems that incorporate self-adhered underlays and heat-activated cap sheets. It contains no CFC or HCFC, and manufacturing follows ISO 9001 and 14001 Quality and Environmental Management Systems standards.

120mm XtroDeck suits roof decks with light maintenance foot traffic. Walkways must be installed on roofs with regular pedestrian use. Once the roof is finished, protective boarding should be fitted if further site work is planned.
