The 40mm Unilin XT/CW Partial Fill Cavity Wall (T&G) system incorporates engineered tongue and grooved joints with pre-formed corner elements. This construction delivers continuous insulation coverage and reduces thermal bridging effectively.

Engineered for traditional masonry walls, this 40mm cavity wall product meets rigorous thermal performance requirements. It delivers superior thermal efficiency whilst maintaining a residual cavity space, offering robust defence against wind-driven rain penetration.

This XT/CW system is available in both Square Edge and Tongue and Grooved configurations. The 40mm Unilin XT/CW was previously marketed as 40mm Xtratherm XT/CW.
