The 90mm CavityTherm CT/PIR wall insulation board is a high-performance composite panel with an enhanced PIR core delivering a thermal conductivity of 0.021W/mK. These boards feature gas-tight facings with a profiled HIPS skin bonded during manufacturing to create an effective drainage plane. The engineered profiled facing of 90mm CavityTherm directs any potential moisture infiltration from the external wall downwards along the protective facing, channelling it onto the external leaf. This design provides robust protection against wind-driven rain exposure.

Furthermore, the 90mm Unilin Full Fill Insulation Board incorporates specially engineered rebated edge details on all four sides, creating a tight interlocking system during installation.
