These boards feature gas-tight facings, with one surface bonded to a profiled HIPS skin during manufacture to create an effective drainage plane. The profiled facing of 125mm CavityTherm directs any moisture that may penetrate the external wall downwards along the protective surface, redirecting it onto the outer leaf. This construction provides superior resistance against wind-driven rain.

Additionally, the 125mm Unilin Full Fill Insulation Board incorporates specially engineered rebated edge details on all four sides, creating a secure interlocking system during installation.
