Preparation

For best results, cut 80mm EPS insulation boards in sheltered conditions to avoid offcuts scattering.

EPS Insulation Application

Always follow the manufacturer's installation guidelines when fitting EPS insulation boards, ensuring comprehensive coverage of design and installation procedures. Start by securing EPS boards to the substrate (masonry or timber) using mortar/adhesive or mechanical fixings.

After fixing boards to external walls, protect them with an outer layer such as mortar basecoat or netting, guarding against excessive heat, moisture, and UV damage.
