About

The 37.5mm Thermal Liner XT/TL-MR delivers thermal insulation and drylining in a single operation, making it the preferred choice for new builds and renovation work. This product enhances your home's energy performance whilst offering multiple advantages, such as lower heating bills and enhanced comfort levels.

The 37.5mm Insulation Board is chemically stable and safe to handle. It's manufactured using a blowing agent with zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and minimal Global Warming Potential (GWP).

Upgrading your home's thermal performance delivers significant advantages, including reduced energy expenses and enhanced living comfort. The Unilin XT/TL-MR Thermal Liner represents an efficient solution for achieving these objectives and boosting your home's energy efficiency.

The PIR board also delivers fire resistance through continuous adhesive ribbons, particularly around openings such as windows and doors.

What are Insulated Plasterboards?

The 37.5mm XT/TL-MR insulated plasterboards ( 25mm insulation + 12.5mm Moisture plasterboard ) are a building material that merges plasterboard with an insulation layer, typically made from PIR Insulation. The insulation layer is bonded to the plasterboard to create a single, multi-functional panel offering both thermal performance and a finished surface. These panels are widely used in construction to enhance thermal and sound insulation, whilst streamlining and accelerating installation. They are commonly found in walls, ceilings, and floors, and are available in various sizes and thicknesses to meet different building specifications.
