Preparation

Ideally, perform cutting of 250mm EPS insulation boards within covered spaces to prevent offcuts scattering.

EPS Insulation Application

Install EPS insulation boards strictly per manufacturer guidelines, addressing all design and application specifications. Begin by securing EPS boards to the substrate (masonry or timber) via mortar/adhesive or mechanical fixings.

Following substrate attachment, apply a protective outer layer such as mortar basecoat or netting to shield against excessive heat, moisture, and UV damage.
