Preparation

Ideally, perform cutting of 160mm EPS insulation boards under cover to prevent loose offcuts from scattering.

EPS Insulation Application

Always follow EPS insulation boards manufacturer installation specifications, addressing all design and application requirements. Begin by securing EPS boards to the substrate (masonry or timber) using mortar/adhesive or mechanical fixings.

After securing boards to external walls, protect them with an outer layer such as a mortar basecoat or netting, safeguarding against excessive heat, moisture, and UV damage.
