Description

Ceresit CT137 Mineral Dry Render delivers professional-grade thin-layer plaster finishes for thermal insulation systems and multiple substrate types, including concrete, traditional plasters, gypsum substrates, gypsum cardboards, and gypsum fibre boards. This mineral render excels as a façade finish within the CERESIT Ceretherm ETICS when paired with EPS or mineral wool boards. It also performs exceptionally well for ceiling insulation applications in the CERESIT Ceretherm Wool Garage System with mineral lamella wool boards. Each pack contains 25 kg of product.

Scope of Use

Ceresit CT 137 provides thin-layer plaster application across thermal insulation systems, concrete, traditional plasters, gypsum substrates, gypsum cardboards, and gypsum fibre boards. Ideal as a façade finish within Ceresit Ceretherm ETICS (External Thermal Insulation Composite Systems) with EPS boards (Expanded Polystyrene boards) or mineral wool boards. Perfect for ceiling insulation in the Ceresit Ceretherm Wool Garage System with mineral wool boards. Available in white and fully paintable for custom finishes.

Application

  1. Pour the entire contents of the package into a measured amount of clean, cool water.
  2. Mix using a drill with a mixer attachment until a homogeneous, lump-free mass is obtained.
  3. Evenly apply the plaster to the substrate at the thickness of the grain using a steel long float held at an angle.
  4. Create a uniform structure with circular motions using a plastic long float held flat, achieving the appearance of densely laid aggregate grains.
  5. Do not sprinkle water on the plaster!
  6. Work continuously on one surface without breaks, using the same amount of water each time.
  7. Machine application is possible, with recommended equipment such as the Wagner PC 15, PC 830, or SPG Baumaschinen PG 20, using a nozzle size of 6 mm.
